This time, a tornado has ravaged a group of serene islands, leaving behind a trail of destruction. The mayor has called on you to lead the Rescue Team to dig people out of the rubble and get the islands back on track.
But there's a twist. The greedy fat cat has been cutting corners by skimping on building codes and embezzling from the town treasury.
